For all pick ups at the airports your
Chauffeur will meet you inside the baggage
claim area for your arriving flight with a

with your name(s) on it.
For all International arrivals meet your
Chauffeur outside Custom. Please lookout for
landmarks such as, Currency Exchange desk,
Ground Transportation desk, or the News
Stand. Our Chauffeur will have a
DirectLimos.com, or Plain white name sign
with your name(s) on it.
For all FBO?s your Chauffeur will check
in with the tail number and your name(s)
inside of the FBO, and where permitted,
Chauffeur will greet client inside.
In compliance with the regulations of
local airports and traffic authorities, and
for your convenience, you may be required to
be picked up at designated curbside area. In
that event, please call your Chauffeur at
the contact number left on your voice mail
to be directed to the applicable curbside
pick up area. If you traveled with a
different telephone number than the one you
entered at time of reservation, you must
call DirectLimos.com at 718-527-3938 or
email us at Service@DirectLimos.com to give
us your contact telephone number.
